Engages in skill-based teaching for Tourism Management and Hotel Management majors, lecturing on courses such as Front Office and Housekeeping Service & Management, Hotel Service Skills, Food and Beverage Service Skills, and Housekeeping Service Skills. The main research directions focus on enhancing hotel service quality, optimizing service processes, analyzing customer needs, and developing personalized service products. Has led students to participate in the National Vocational College Hotel Service Skills Competition, repeatedly winning the First Prize in the Henan Division and the National First Prize.
